5-Minute Workouts for Busy Schedules
Are you struggling to find time to work out with your busy schedule? Don't worry, you're not alone! The good news is that even a 5-minute workout can make a difference. Here are some quick and effective workouts you can do in just 5 minutes:
1. Tabata workout
Tabata workouts consist of 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 4 minutes. You can choose any exercise you like, such as burpees, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers.
2. Bodyweight circuit
